LA-based former Disney animator, Jim George, is looking for inspiration for dog cartoons about the dog days of summer in the Big Apple.

Submit a photo and a funny story, and your dog might inspire a cartoon seen round the world. There's no cost, no gimmicks, just a whole lot of fun.

Even in this story, which is a great article about pit bulls that saved a chihuahua from being killed by coyotes, they manage to get in an anti-pittie crack.

From the chihuahua's owner, talking about the pit bulls:

"They were circling him and sitting by him. Making sure he was all right," said Robinette. "So it needs to be said that there’s some good (in pit bulls) and not all bad."
